To materialize low cost and reduce material cost by eliminating scrap of a spring member making a back pressure partition band stably seal and slide on a turning end plate, while equalizing a sliding contact surface whole body, and energizing the same to the turning end plate in order to solve former problems wherein material used for the spring member has relatively high material unit cost and is one of reasons preventing cost reduction in a situation where even a little lower material cost is desirable in a trend of sever cost reduction demand.
In a scroll compressor, the spring member 19 composed in a double winding structure is installed in an annular groove 10 of a bearing member 8 together with the back pressure partition band 14. Consequently, the back pressure partition band 14 is stably sealed and slid by spring effect of a mountain part 20.
