PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor having high reliability and high efficiency by forming a frame space between a compliant frame and a guide frame, and setting the inside of the frame space to the pressure higher than a suction pressure and not more than a delivery pressure.
SOLUTION: Ring-shaped seal grooves for housing a seal material are formed in two places on an inside surface of a guide frame 15. A ring-shaped upper seal material 16a and a ring-shaped lower seal material 16b are fitted to and installed in these seal grooves. A space formed of these two seal materials, the inside surface of the guide frame 15 and an outside surface of a compliant frame 3 forms a frame space 15f. A frame compliant scroll compressor is not easily relieved since the intermediate pressure of the frame space 15f does not reduce though the intermediate pressure of a boss part outside space 2h reduces when a swinging scroll 2 flaps on a thrust bearing 3a of the compliant frame 3 by some disturbance.
