Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor, in which fluctuation of attraction force in an operation area is little, by discharging fluid inside a compressing chamber when a pressure inside the compressing chamber constructed of a rotary scroll and a non-rotary scroll becomes higher than a discharge pressure.
SOLUTION: Four bypass holes 2e are arranged in an end plate 2a of a fixed scroll member 2. In this way, the bypass holes are always opened in all the formed compressing chamber. A bypass valve plate 23 is fixed by means of a bypass screw 50 so as to cover the bypass hole 2e, and consequently, a bypass valve is formed. This bypass valve is opened when a pressure in the compressing chamber 6 becomes higher than a pressure in a fixed back face chamber 61 in a discharge system. In this way, as a pressure in the fixed back face chamber 61 is a discharge pressure, the bypass valve connects the compressing chamber 6 and the discharge system together when a pressure in the compressing chamber 6 is higher than the discharge pressure and serves as a control bypass.
