PURPOSE: To provide a structure to feed the lubricating oil which does not reduce the operational efficiency even in any operational state of a scroll compressor.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of through holes 9a from a high pressure chamber 19 to a motor chamber 16 are formed in a frame, and a valve supporting hole 22 from the outer circumference to the through holes 9a is formed. The diameter of the through holes 9a is set to the size capable of discharging the excessive oil amount when the oil supply amount at the maximum speed is realized where the oil supply amount at the minimum speed of a shaft 11 is set as optimum hydraulic pressure. A valve element consisting of a valve head 23a, a spring 23b and a stopper 23c is mounted in the valve element supporting hole 22, and fixed to the frame by the stopper 23c. The clearance between the valve head 23a of the valve element and the through holes 9a which is changed according to the change in the hydraulic pressure is set to the value to keep the displacement length in the high pressure chamber 19.
