PURPOSE: To prevent autorotation of a movable scroll part by comparatively easy processing works, by providing a movable ring member with an elliptical ring part for enclosing the movable scroll which is engaged with an eccentric cam part and sliding parts which are slidably engaged with the first and the second engagement parts and forming it flat as a whole.
CONSTITUTION: Autorotation of a movable scroll part 15 is prevented, when rotational drive force is transmitted to the movable scroll 15 through an eccentric cam part 20 provided in a rotational axis member 16, so that the movable scroll part 15 performs a kind of revolution around a fixed scroll part 13. And a revolution ring member 40 having a function of preventing autorotation of the movable scroll part 15 is provided with an elliptical ring member 41 and sliding parts which project from the ring member and engage with the first and the second parts to be engaged, and is formed flat as a whole so that it can be formed by relatively simple and easy processing works and in the case of a press forming, high yield products can be obtained.
