Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll fluid machine applying a structure for reinforcing a lap, and canceling thrust pressure, and free from action of a bearing, and correcting a problem of each portion in accompany therewith.SOLUTION: A pair of driving scroll members 5, 6 are connected to each other by central boss portions 5B, 6B, and four outer peripheral edge boss portions disposed on an outer peripheral edge of a driving portion mirror plate at prescribed intervals, center-side end portions of the pair of driving-side lap portions 5C, 5D, 6C, 6D are connected to the central boss portions, outer peripheral-side end portions of the pair of driving-side lap portions are respectively connected to the outer peripheral edge boss portions, and remaining outer peripheral edge boss portions are respectively connected to the adjacent driving-side lap portions 5C, 5D, 6C, 6D to reinforce the driving-side laps 5C, 5D, 6C, 6D. A driven scroll member 7 includes axially-extended outer peripheral cylindrical portions 7B, 7C on an outer peripheral edge of a driven portion mirror plate 7A, and outer peripheral end portions of the driven-side lap portions 7J, 7K, 7L, 7M are connected to the outer peripheral cylindrical portions 7B, 7C to be reinforced.
