Title:
SCROLL FLUID MACHINERY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04153587
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the load-resistive characteristic of a bearing and suppress noise by carrying out assembly by previously setting an eccentricity same as the eccentricity quantity portion of a rotor which is generated by the tilt of a crankshaft in a bearing gap due to the fluid pressure, in the opposite direction.

CONSTITUTION: During compression cycle, a fluid pressure P as the synthesized joint force in a sealed space formed from a fixed scroll 2 and a turning scroll 3 acts on the crank part 9b of a crankshaft 9, passing through the turning scroll 3 and a bearing 8. Accordingly, the crankshaft 9 inclines in the gap between bearings 11 and 12 and supports the fluid pressure P, and the crankshaft 9 is set nearly at the center position of a stator 19, since a rotor 13 is set eccentric by an eccentricity quantity D beforehand. Accordingly, a magnetic attractive force is hardly generated, and the increase of the bearing load due to the magnetic attractive force is nearly zero, and the generation of the imbalanced force due to the center deflection of the air gap between the stator 19 and the rotor 13 is prevented, and also the electromagnetic noise is low, and quiet operation is secured.
