Consequently, there is provided a series oil path comprising an oil sump, a pipe 80, an oil intake space 60, the first oil space, a spiral groove 71, the second oil space, an oil introducing-in hole 73, a bearing space 46, an butting/sliding portion 24 between a swirl shaft 18 and a swirl bearing 21, the swirl space 42, a thrust bearing 43, oil dam ring grooves 45, 22 respectively formed on a block side and a swirl scroll side, and a refrigerant intake space 83 defined between a refrigerant intake pipe 7 and a compressor chamber 31. In the oil path, lubricant can be sequentially moved by a difference between a high pressure and a low pressure.
