A peripheral wall of a bush 19 positioned on the base end side of an eccentric pin 16b is provided with a pore 40 for creating the flow of lubricating oil from the inside of the bush toward the outside by centrifugal force generated by the rotation of a drive shaft, thus forming a circulating line (a line shown by an arrow mark S1 in the figure) where the lubricating oil is circulated in the order of the back face side space of a movable scroll member → a needle bearing → an inner part of a hole of a boss part → a clearance between the bush and eccentric pin → the pore → the back face side space of the movable scroll member.
