Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealability and durability and to reduce vibration and noise by approximately uniformly applying inertial force of an Oldham mechanism of a scroll-type compressor to a set of step portions.SOLUTION: First and second key grooves 86, 88, to which first and second key portions 90, 92 of an Oldham ring are inserted, are formed on a back surface of a movable-side base portion 70 of a movable scroll 20, the first key groove 86 is disposed to be partially overlapped to an annular first virtual circle S1 formed by extending a circular arc-shaped first step portion 60 in a fixed scroll 18, and the second key groove 88 is disposed to be partially overlapped to an annular second virtual circle S2 formed by extending a circular arc-shaped second step portion 78 in the movable scroll 20. Thus inertia force in reciprocating motion of the Oldham ring is approximately uniformly applied to one of step portions composed of the first step portion 60 and a second stepped portion 102, and the other step portion composed of the second step portion 78 and a first stepped portion 66.
