PURPOSE: To obtain a scroll compressor which is equipped with an Oldham's ring which is easily manufactured, hardly broken, is lightweight, and has the excellent abrasion resistance.

CONSTITUTION: The Oldham's ring 28 of a scroll compressor is equipped with an annular ring body 29, recessed grooves 34 which are formed in specified intervals in the peripheral direction on the inner peripheral surface of the ring body 29 and opened on the side surface of the ring body 29, and a key part 30 consisting of an inverted L shaped block which is assembled with the side surface of the ring body 29 by inserting the lower edge part 30a into the recessed groove 34. Further, an annular groove 35 which is formed continuously along the peripheral direction of the ring body 29 and a C-shaped stop ring 33 which is installed in the annular groove 35 and fixes the ring body 29 and the key part 30 are installed on the inner peripheral surface of the ring body 29 and one side surface of the lower edge part 30a of the key part 30 assembled with the ring body 29.
