PURPOSE: To reliably prevent the occurrence of a gall to a plate on the fixed side and a plate on the moving side without the increase of a product cost and incurring of a power loss.
CONSTITUTION: A tapered surface 42b is formed on the outer wall 42a side of the region, which coincides with the outer periphery of a plate 41 on the moving side and where a tip seal 44 is not present, of the outer periphery of the protrusion end of a moving vortex body 42. An inclination angle based on the end face 42c of the tapered surface 42b is set to a minimum value exceeding an angle at which a moving scroll 4 is inclinable based on an axis. A moving helical body 42 is slid over the plate 41 on the fixed side at an obtuse angle approximately similar to 180° as much as possible.
