PURPOSE: To prevent a bad influence given to a scroll type compressor by a thermal deformation and a pressure deformation of a sealed housing, by screwing a bolt penetrating a frame to a fixed scroll so as to fasten the fixed scroll to the frame.

CONSTITUTION: By screwing a bolt 55 to a screw hole 61 formed to a boss 11a projected near the outer periphery of the inner surface of the end plate 11 of a fixed scroll 1, and projecting to the inner side, by penetrating a bolt hole 60 formed to a frame 5 from the right side of the frame 5, the fixed scroll 1 is fastened to the frame 5. Between the outer peripheral surface of the end plate 11 of the fixed scroll 1, and the inner peripheral surface of a left side cup form member 43, an O-ring 59 to seal the clearance between both member is provided. Consequently, a thermal deformation and a pressure deformation of the sealed housing 4 never give a bad influence to a compressor mechanism C.
