To improve durability and reduce sliding resistance of a seal member for sealing between a fixed scroll and a turning scroll.
A scroll type compressor system 10 is constituted by combining the fixed scroll 14 and the turning scroll 16 in an inside of a compressor body 12. The fixed scroll 14 and the turning scroll 16 are equipped with swirl lap parts 43 and 51 vertically provided on tooth bottom surfaces 42A and 50A of plates 42 and 50. The tooth bottom surfaces 42A and 50A of the plates 42 and 50 are swirl sliding passage surrounded by swirl lap parts 43 and 51, and at least form a film 35 exhibiting low friction on regions X and Y positioned on an inner side of a boundary part 43a between an intermediate pressure region and a high pressure region. The films 35 and 36 are formed only in the regions X and Y wherein sliding resistance is increased, and thereby an amount of the film to be peeled off before the lap parts 43 and 51 are familiar with the plates 42 and 50 can be restrained.
