Title:
SCROLL TYPE FLUID MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6415480
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate the necessity for using an Oldham's coupling and to promote the smallness of size in the whole unit of a machine by providing a pair of scrolls, rotated respectively by motors, and connecting a control circuit to one of the motors controlling both the scrolls in a manner wherein their rotary speed and phase agree with each other.

CONSTITUTION: The second shell 14, having a delivery chamber 15 in the inside, is set up on the upper part of the first shell 11, having a suction chamber 12 in the inside, and the first scroll 17, rotated by the first motor 18, is housed in the first shell 11. While in the first shell 11, the second scroll 21, which is rotated by the second motor 22 eccentrically meshing with the first scroll 17, is housed. Forming notches 20, 24 partly in driving shafts 19, 25 of each scroll 17, 21, an output signal of position sensors 26, 27, set up corresponding to each notch 20, 24, is input to a control circuit 28. This control circuit 28 controls both the scrolls 17, 21 in a manner wherein each rotary speed and phase agree with each other.
