Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a proper meshing state of rotary scroll member with a non-rotary scroll member to improve energy efficiency.
SOLUTION: A positioning long hole 31 and a positioning pin 41 are arranged in a fixed scroll 30 and a frame respectively as a means to position the fixed scroll 80 to the frame to which the fixed scroll 30 is fixed. The fixed scroll 30 is constituted so as to be positioned in such a way that the fixed scroll 30 is made freely movable in the direction of the straight line 32 passing through the center of a fixed scroll lap to the frame in the face perpendicular to the axis line of the fixed scroll lap and is made unmovable in the direction crossing the straight line 32, and passes the position where the straight line 32 and the peripheral edge section of the fixed scroll 30 cross each other and can be freely rotated around a straight line in parallel with the axis line.
