PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of tilt revolution of a revolving scroll and to i prove performance of a hydraulic machine, by a method wherein a title machine is structured so that the positions of the axial centers of gravity of a crank pin bearing and the revolving scroll are situated as near the axial center position of a revolving support bearing as possible.
CONSTITUTION: The positions of the axial centers of gravity of a crank pin bearing 10 and a revolving scroll 6 are approximately coincided with an axial center Q of a revolving support bearing 7. Distances K and L between supports are set to a valve equal to each other, but a reaction force F from a crank pin bearing 10 may be exerted on the revolving scroll 6 due to machine error, thermal expansion, etc. But, in the case of this structure, a moment M around th center Q of the bearing can be ignored. A moment N caused by the centrifugal force of the revolving scroll 6 may be similarity ignored. Thus, since the revolving scroll 6 is prevented from inclination occurring thanks to the moments M and N, a gap between a lap and an end plate can be decreased, and performance of a machine is improved.
