Abstract:
To develop a new scrubber apparatus increasing collection efficiency of tar or carbide and increasing an operation rate by avoiding clogging of a circulation line of cleaning liquid.
The apparatus wherein treating object gas G is supplied to a treating space 50A formed in a casing 50 and the cleaning liquid L is supplied, and the treating object gas G is brought into contact with the cleaning liquid L to clean the gas G, has a mechanism spreading the cleaning liquid L in a film state to diffusively supply into the casing 50. The preferable contact state of the treating object gas G to the cleaning liquid L is obtained to increase the collection efficiency of tar or carbonized matter.
