To solve the problems that when a conventional scrubbing brush is used for cleaning a waterproofed floor such as a veranda and an entrance tile surface, the conventional scrubbing brush employing rigid plant fibers or plastic material as bristles is heavily worn, while the conventional scrubbing brush employing steel wires as bristles incurs the risk of damaging a floor surface or tiles, and there are the problems in both of the rigid fibers or the plastic materials, and of the steel wires.

In the scrubbing brush, a brush body 1 is composed of a fixed side holder 3 and a detachable side holder 5 for supporting a steel scrubber 2 in a skewered shape, a handle 4 is fixed to the fixed side holder 3, and pins 6 are implanted to the fixed side holder 3 and the detachable side holder 5. The steel scrubber 2 is inserted on the pin 6 of the fixed side holder 3, the pin 6 of the detachable side holder 5 is inserted further into the steel scrubber 2 and connected and fixed to the fixed side holder 3, and thus the steel scrubber 2 is clamped and fixed by the pins 6 of the fixed side holder 3 and the pins 6 of the detachable side holder 5. The problems are solved by using the above scrubbing brush provided with the steel scrubber.
