PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrunchy capable of enhancing practicality, an ecological effect and an economical effect.SOLUTION: A scrunchy comprises an elastic ring 50 and a decoration part 51. One through-hole 510 is formed within the decoration part 51. The through-hole 510 can accommodate a part of the elastic ring 50. A slot 511 is formed on one side. The slot 511 and the through-hole 510 communicate with each other. The elastic ring 50 can be pushed into the through-hole 510 from the slot 511.
