To provide a scuba diving instructing organization managing system using an information system for giving a course of study by using a bidirectional communication system such as a portable device and a Web server for training divers, collectively controlling and training diving skill of members, evaluating instructor members, and presenting service performed by the members by interlocking with the evaluation.

An instructor evaluating system, a service introducing system, the instructor members of scuba diving, and the members are connected by the information system. The instructor members register the service content in the instructor evaluating system, and the service introducing system. The instructor evaluating system and the service introducing system display the service, and evaluate instructors for the members.
