Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an epoxy resin powder coating material having excellent weather resistance and heat-resistance.
CONSTITUTION: The objective powder coating material is composed of (A) an epoxy resin produced by reacting (a) a compound having one or more vinyl groups and one epoxy group in one molecule with (b) at least one kind of compound selected from a polybasic acid anhydride, a polybasic acid, an acid- terminated polymer and a polymer containing carboxylic acid group and (c) at least one kind of compound selected from compounds having one or more active hydrogen and epoxidizing the produced resin having vinyl group and (B) a hardener for epoxy resin.
