To solve the problem of carrying many seals or missing to carry a seal by forming a print face different from that of a seal to the front part of a seal cap.

The inventive seal cap 5 is a tubular cap with a recess 6 being applied to the front part of a seal 2 similarly to a conventional one but a print face 7 is formed at the front part. Since the tubular part 8 of the seal cap 5 has a diameter larger than that of the seal 2, the print face 7 can be formed larger than the print face 3 of the seal 2 correspondingly. Consequently, the print face 3 of the seal 2 can be used as a registered seal and the print face 7 of the seal cap 5 can be used as a bank seal, for example. Consequently, the seal 2 and the seal cap 5 can be used as two kinds of seal.
