To restrain abrasion of the bottom of a finger skirt and increase its service life by attaching a tension imparting member to a back-side central lower part of the finger skirt and imparting tension to the bottom of the finger skirt in the flow direction of sea water.
A lower-part fixing rod 21' of a tension imparting member 23 is fixed along the lower edge of a finger skirt 8 near the bottom of the back-side central part of the finger skirt 8, and an upper-part fixing rod 21 of the tension imparting member 23 is fixed a given interval away from this lower-part fixing rod 21' in the width direction of the finger skirt 8. Next, an upper-part connecting member and a lower-part connecting member of the tension imparting member 23 are respectively fixed to this upper-part fixing rod 21 and this lower-part fixing rod 21' to adhere the tension imparting member 23. Thus, tension is imparted to the bottom of the finger skirt in the flow direction of sea water, vibration by sea water disturbance at the bottom is prevented, and its abrasion can be reduced.
