Abstract:
To attain a structure capable of high-dimensionally attaining both reduction in torque and improvement in durability which are contradictory.
The tip edge of an outer seal lip 22a is brought into slide contact with the surface of a counter member over the whole circumference. The contact angle β on an internal space 33 side of the slide contact part between the tip edge of the outer seal lip 22a and the counter member is kept within the range of 13 to 45° by providing a bent portion 34 in a part closer to the tip of the outer seal lip 22a.
