Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal material for gas holder showing a superior chemical proof or oil proof as well as a superior durability even if rubber having a superior deformation in expansion and shrinkage is used as major component of the material by enabling a large-sized rubber sheet applied with synthetic resin film having many advantageous points to be manufactured.SOLUTION: A seal material for gas holder has: an inner peripheral part 24A arranged between a tank 20 acting as a gas holder H and a movable lid 21 arranged in the tank 20 in such a way that it can be ascended or descended, and supported at an outer peripheral surface 21A of the movable lid 21; and an outer peripheral part 24C supported at an inner peripheral surface 20A of the tank 20 through a bent return part 24B formed over an outer periphery of the movable lid 21 and the inner periphery of the tank 20. The seal material is constituted using a synthetic resin film rubber sheet S, in which a plurality of unit rubber sheets 1 formed by a rubber layer 2 and a synthetic resin layer 3 overlapped on the rubber layer are integrated by a connecting part A made by connecting end portions of the unit rubber sheets 1, formed into a specified bent-back seal shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
