Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the effluence of fluid even in the state where the operation of a valve element is delayed, by forming a vent hole at a splash removing part in a valve casing, fixing a bellows body at the lower end part, in free fitting with a float shaft, installing a sealing means for opening and closing the vent hole, and forming a small hole at the wall part of the bellows body.
CONSTITUTION: If the water level in a valve casing 1 is increased, in an opened state, accompanied with the air discharge, a float 13 and a float shaft 13a are raised by buoyancy, and a large diaphragm 24 positioned on the upper end side of a bellows body 23 at the extension limit makes contact with the undersurface of a splash removing part 21 by a seal part 24, and closes an air vent hole 22. Further, if the water level in the valve casing 1 increases, the float 13 and the float shaft 13a rise, contracting the bellows body 23, and the wall part 23a of the bellows body 23 closes a small hole, and the float shaft 13a closes a small air hole 11, and the supply of air to a pressure chamber is suspended, and the pushing-down force by the diaphragm becomes zero. Accordingly, the buoyancy of the float 13 and a spring push up a valve element 5, which is returned to a closed state for closing a large air hole 2.
