To protect a fireproof seal material for a long time with a thermal expansion refractory material.SOLUTION: A seal structure of a building penetration part comprises: an arrangement member 202 inserted into a through hole 211 formed in a wall 201 of a building; a fireproof seal material 203 that closes a space between the through hole 211 and the arrangement member 202; a fireproof member 222 having a concave part 231 opened on the wall part 201 side, and provided so as to cover the fireproof seal material 203; and thermal expansion refractory materials 224 and 225 provided in the concave part 231 and expanded by heat. The thermal expansion refractory materials 224 and 225 are provided in a plurality of stages in a radial direction in the concave part 231 with the arrangement member 202 as a center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
