PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure, etc., capable of suitably sealing between a wall body and a pipeline even when the wall body and the pipeline are under relative displaced circumstances in a state that hydraulic pressure is applied.SOLUTION: A seal structure 10 that seals between a wall body 5 of a building 1 having an open hole 6 passing through the inside and outside and a pipeline 7 inserted through the open hole 6, comprises: a seal material 11 provided between an inner peripheral surface of the open hole 6 and an outer peripheral surface of the pipeline 7; a sealing material 12 provided on the external side of the building 1 of the seal material 11 as well as between the inner peripheral surface of the open hole 6 and the outer peripheral surface of the pipeline 7; a breaker material 13 provided between the seal material 11 and the sealing material 12 for allowing the relative displacement between the seal material 11 and the sealing material 12; and a stop plate 14 provided on the inner side of the building 1 of the seal material 11 and fixed to the pipeline 7 for forcedly pressing the seal material 11 by tracking the relative displacement between the wall body 5 and the pipeline 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
