Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a casing having improved sealability between casings using an O ring.SOLUTION: A seal structure of a casing for sealing between joining portions 57 and 59 of a fixed scroll 24 and a front housing 4 mutually joined with the usage of an O ring 62 includes a stepped application portion 64 formed in the joining portion of the front housing in the outer side of an O ring groove 63 for storing the O ring and extending to an outer peripheral contour of the front housing with a prescribed width, a liquid sealant 68 filled in and applied to the inside of the application portion, and a contact portion 67 formed between the O ring groove and the application portion and in which the joining portions of the fixed scroll and the front housing are brought into contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
