To provide a seal structure capable of securing a sealability and a construction method for the seal structure.
The seal structure includes: a wall part 1 in which a through-hole 2 is formed from the indoor side to the outdoor side; an arrangement member 3 inserted through the through-hole 2; and a seal portion 4 for sealing a space between the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 2 and the arrangement member 3. The seal portion 4 includes: a filling seal material 5 filled between the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 2 and the arrangement member 3; and an elastic member 6 laminated on at least one of a surface facing the outdoor side of the filling seal material 5 and a surface facing the indoor side of the filling seal material 5 so as to cover the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 2 and the arrangement member 3. The elastic member 6 has: a first inclined part 6a which extends toward the filling seal material side toward the outside in the radial direction of the through-hole 2; and a second inclined part 6b which is connected to one side of the first inclined part 6a and extends toward an opposite side of the filling seal material 5 toward the outside in the radial direction.
