Abstract:
PURPOSE: To seal so as to be not leak the vacuum and to improve the life of seal packing.
CONSTITUTION: Silicone rubber seal packing 1 is attached on the circumferential edge of a taking in and out hole 5 provided at an enclosure 4 of a vacuum pressing device. A hollow part 6 is set over the total length of this seal packing A, and the air of this hollow part 6 is tightly closed together. The circumferential edge of the door 3 to tightly shut the taking in and out hole 5 is pressed in contact with the seal packing 1.
