PURPOSE: To prevent noise from being generated by forming integrally an oil pan seal member between a cylinder block and an oil pan, and oil strainer seal member interposed between an oil pump side or cylinder block side oil strainer fitting surface and an oil strainer.

CONSTITUTION: An oil pan seal member 10 interposed between a cylinder block 1 and an oil pan 3 is rectangle and has plural holes 11. An oil strainer seal member 12 interposed between an oil strainer fitting surface 1 on the side of an oil pump 5 or cylinder block 1 and oil strainers 4 is almost rhomboid and forms a hole 13 connected to the pipe part 4a of oil strainer 4 in the center. And also an oil strainer sealing member and an oil pan sealing member are formed integrally with each other. Therefore, the number of part and many hours for assembly can be reduced, vibration of cylinder block 1 is restricted from being transmitted to the oil pan 3 and noise from the oil pan 3 can be prevented from its generation.
