To provide a seal structure which is capable of reliably securing sealability and an installation method of the seal structure.
A seal structure includes: an arrangement member 2 which is inserted into an insertion hole formed on a surface 11 of a structure and extends along an axis line O; and a seal device 4 which is disposed so as to lie astride a space between the structure and the arrangement member 2. The seal device 4 includes multiple elastic rings 61 which form annular shapes and are arranged at the outer peripheral side of the arrangement member 2 so as to be spaced away from each other at least in one of an axis line direction and a radial direction; and reinforcement rings 62 which are made of a material having rigidity larger than that of the elastic ring 61, form annular shapes, and are laminated to the elastic rings 61 so as to be interposed between the adjacent elastic rings 61.
