PURPOSE: To certainly prevent the intrusion of water into the inside of the car interior by arranging a water discharging guide at the position corresponding to the bridge-part arrangement part of a holder having a channel-shaped section onto which a partition weather strip is held.

CONSTITUTION: A water discharging guide 20 is arranged at the position corresponding to the bridge-part 13 arrangement part of a holder 12 having a channel- shaped section onto which a partition weather strip 8 is fitted and held. Said water discharging guide 20 is formed by joining a guide plate 21 having an L- shaped section longer than the longitudinal length of the bridge part 13, with the bottom surface of the holder 12. When water gets-into, passing through the close contact part between the seal lip 10 of a waiste lace 9 and a partition glass 7, all the water is caught by the water discharging guide 20 in the bridge 13 arrangement part, and is dripped inside the door body 1 from the front and rear terminals of the guide plate 21. Thus, the intrusion of the above-described water inside the car interior through the bridge part 13 is prevented.
