To provide seal structure for piping and the like in which a seal material can be easily replaced.
There is provided seal structure 1 for piping which seals between a wall 5 of a building having a through hole 6 penetrating through the inside and outside, and piping 8 inserted into the through hole 6. The seal structure 1 includes: a first fixing member 11 which is fixed to the wall 5, is disposed along an inner peripheral face P1 of the through hole 6, and has an inner peripheral face P4 larger than the piping 8; a third fixing member 13 which is fixed to the piping 8 and is disposed along an outer peripheral face P2 of the piping 8; a second fixing member 12 which is fixed to the third fixing member 13, is disposed along an outer peripheral face P2 of the piping 8, and has an outer peripheral face P6 opposed to the inner peripheral face P4 of the first fixing member 11; and a seal material 14 disposed between the inner peripheral face P4 of the first fixing member 11 and the outer peripheral face P6 of the second fixing member 12.
