Title:
SEAL STRUCTURE OF REAPING MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3719960
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a reaping mechanism having durability and high reliability and capable of preventing penetration of foreign matters into a bearing over a long period while reducing the production cost.
SOLUTION: This seal structure of a reaping mechanism is obtained by installing an operating shaft 12 which is eccentric to a spindle 10 in a transfer member 11 transferring around the spindle 10 and engaging the operation shaft 12 through a bearing 13 with an engaging member 9 reciprocating and sliding integrally with a movable blade 6 so that the movable blade 6 is reciprocated and slid to a fixed blade 4 interlockingly with the transfer around the spindle 10 of a transfer member. In the seal structure, disk springs 17 and 18 externally fitted to the operation shaft 12 or an escape-preventing tool 15 for preventing escape from the bearing 13 are each interposed in a state moving from the operation shaft 12 or the escape-preventing tool 15 to an outer race 13A of the bearing 13 between the transfer member 11 or the operation shaft 12 and the bearing 13 and between the escape-preventing tool 15 and the bearing 13.
