To provide a seal structure for securely sealing a parting portion between a first member and a second member while reducing an assembling load.
The parting portion M is formed by forcing a lens body 20 of a high-mount stop lamp lens 18 into an opening portion 34 of a back door outer panel 12. It is sealed by an annular high-mount stop lamp seal 38 arranged between a seal holding portion 24 and the back door outer panel 12. The high-mount stop lamp seal 38 has a held portion 40 held by the seal holding portion 24, a lamp lens thrust portion 44 protruded from the held portion 40 and put in elastic contact with the high-mount stop lamp lens 18, and a lip portion 46 protruded from the held portion 40 and put in elastic contact with the back door outer panel 12. The lip portion 46 is formed in inclination so that its front end is located inside its root in a free condition.
