PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a less-expensive seal washer in which a washer main body is formed with a plurality of seal lips corresponding to a plurality of screw members, and the seal lips are not engaged with the screw members and are not damaged.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a seal washer comprising: a plurality of screw members; a washer main body present between the screw member and a mating member provided with threaded holes to which the screw members are engaged in thread, and having a plurality of insertion holes through which the screw members are inserted and passed; and a seal lip made of rubber-like resilient material integrally arranged near the insertion holes of the washer main body and press held between the screw members and the mating member. The washer main body comprises a central metal fitting formed with the insertion holes, and an upper metal fitting and a lower metal fitting arranged to hold the central metal fitting, the central metal fitting is provided with the seal lip and the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole is contacted with the outer circumferential surface of the screw part of the screw member.
