A seal washer is configured by forming a thin inner peripheral edge part 20 on an annular retainer 2, forming a plurality of through-holes 13 on the thin inner peripheral edge part 20, forming bridge parts 3 filled in the through-holes 13 so as to connect the front and rear of each of the through-holes 13 by insert molding, and integrally molding an annular elastic ring 1 so as to hold the thin inner peripheral edge part 20. The through-holes 13 formed on the thin inner peripheral edge part 20 are formed like oblong shapes in a circumferential direction, the plurality of through-holes are aligned at a predetermined pitch in the circumferential direction, and the front-rear connecting bridges 3 filled in the through-holes 13 are formed like oblong shapes in the circumferential direction.
