Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealable cap which can correspond with a commercially available container, which forms a locking shape and a shape of a band portion, both having rigidity comparable to that of a band portion made of metal, in which the separated band portion can be easily removed and, moreover, the quality of the contents can be completely assured, and which can be produced economically.
SOLUTION: This cap is a molded product of a synthetic resin and is integrally formed with a bottom face 1a at a lower part of a cap main body 1 with the aid of a plurality of connecting ribs 4 for seal, which are formed on an inner circumferential wall of a band portion 3 via a slit 5 for separation. A circumferentially provided rib 6 provided obliquely downward is provided on the inner circumferential wall of the band portion 3, and a plurality of ratchets 7 are connectively provided at the circumferential edge of the rib 6. A guide piece 7c is protrusively provided on an upper face of a locking end face 7b at a top end of each ratchet 7. A cross-sectional shape of each of the plurality of connecting ribs for seal is formed so as to have a slant face 4a between an outer edge 1b at the lower part of the cap main body 1 and an inner circumferential surface 3a of an upper face of the band portion 3, and a hinge part 8 is formed in the shape of an angle-like groove 7a at a base portion of each of the plurality of ratchets 7.
