To provide a sealed compressor capable of discharging gas separating gas from liquid sufficiently by restraining substantially refrigerant and oil and handling them because flow of refrigerant gas and oil cannot be completely restrained and their collision and turning are insufficient and mixing of oil into refrigerant gas discharged to the outside of a sealed vessel cannot be completely prevented in a conventional system.
A collision wall is provided by a muffler in a linking passage between a stator and the sealed vessel to prevent refrigerant from passing linearly up to a stator upper part chamber in a stator passage. Consequently, mixed gas formed by all the discharged refrigerant and oil collides against the collision wall of the muffler.
