To improve reliability and efficiency by reducing contact pressure at sliding parts and preventing one-sided contact owing to prying in a contilevered bearing.
A connecting rod 126 has an absorbing mechanism to suppress inclination of a piston pin 125 by absorbing the inclination of an eccentric shaft part 112 relative to the axis of a bearing part 120, whereby the inclination of the eccentric shaft part 112 resulting from the clearance of the bearing part 120 and/or deformation of a shaft 110 is absorbed with deformation of the rod portion 130 of the connecting rod 126, which allows to prevent one sided-contact due to prying of a small end hole part 129 and a large end hole part 128 of the connecting rod 126 and the sliding parts of a piston 123, and to lower the contact pressure of each sliding part, so that it is possible to achieve high reliability and high efficiency.
