The device includes: an electromagnetic block 2 equipped with a coil bobbin 21, a mobile iron core 25, a yoke 26, and a returning spring 27; a contact block 3 equipped with a sealed container 31, fixed contacts 32, mobile contactors 35 which is arranged inside of the sealed container 31 and possesses first and second protruding pieces 35b, 35c formed on each long side of a body 35a formed almost in a rectangular shape in addition to mobile contacts 34 which contact and separate from the fixed contacts 32, and a shaft 37 which moves the mobile contactor 35 towards the fixed contacts 32 where one end of the same couples with the mobile contactor 35 and the other end couples with the mobile iron core 25; and a case 4. The first and second protruding pieces 35b, 35c on the mobile contactor 35 are formed in a non-point symmetric shape with respect to the coupling portion with the shaft 37, and when the mobile contactor 35 rotates, only either of the protruding pieces 35b, 35c contacts the sealed container 31.
