To provide a sealed container having excellent sealable property which meets retort sterilization, high-speed filling, hot-filling (aseptic filling) or the like, and has resealability.
The sealed container includes: a container 1 at least formed of a bottom 2 and a sidewall 3; and a lid 10 at least formed of a top plate part 11 covering an opening of the container 1 and a skirt 12 which extends downward in a vertical direction from a circumferential edge of the top plate part 11 and fits the sidewall 3 of the container 1. The sidewall 3 of the container and the skirt 12 of the lid are laser-welded over the entire circumference of a lower part of the skirt. On the skirt 12 of the lid, a tear-off region R demarcated by breakable weakened parts 15, 16 which are respectively formed of: circumferentially oriented parts 15a, 16a extending in the circumferential direction and located above a laser-welding part; and axial direction parts 15b, 16b and 15c, 16c extending downward from respective ends of the circumferentially oriented parts 15a, 16a at end areas B, C thereof while striding over the laser-welding part L. Here, after removing the tear-off region R, a part 18 where the tear-off region is not formed serves as a hinge coupling the lid 10 and the container 1.
