PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosed double sheet waterproofing structure excellent in durability and capable of facilitating the construction work and being carried out within a short period. SOLUTION: For the enclosed double sheet waterproofing structure connecting the circumferential edge section of a surface side waterproofing sheet 20 to a skeleton 1a of a building in an air-tight state and closing between the surface side waterproofing sheet 20 and the skeleton 1a, a skeleton side waterproofing sheet 10 is laid between the skeleton 1a and the surface side waterproofing sheet 20, and the skeleton side waterproofing sheet 10 is partially fixed to the skeleton 1a.
