PURPOSE: To make it possible to take out a gel-formed food under a crushed condition easily, and reduce the manufacturing cost by keeping the gel-formed food at the maximum capacity or less of the sealed flexible packaging bag.
CONSTITUTION: To the title sealed flexible packaging bag 1, a storage part 2 is provided, and a gel-formed food 6 which can keep a constant shape such as a jelly, bavarois, or pudding, etc., is stored in the storage part 2. The storage quantity is 90% or less of the maximum capacity of the sealed flexible packaging bag 1. At an upper part of the storage part 2, a sealed part 3 is formed by heat-sealing and sealed. Then, at the sealed part, a take-out port 4 from which the content can be squeezed out is provided, and the width of the take-out port 4 is made to be 1/2 or less of the total width of the storage part 2. In addition, at a location which is adjacent to the take-out port 4 on the sealed part 3, an incision 5 to make the opening easier is provided when necessary. When a gel-formed food which can keep a constant shape is taken out from the sealed flexible packaging bag, the sealed flexible packaging bag is rubbed previously, and the gel-formed food can be crushed to a desired degree.
