Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed holder for a liquid helium reliquefying device capable of preventing leakage of contaminants into a system from an apparatus used in the liquid helium reliquefying device.
SOLUTION: This sealed holder for the liquid helium reliquefying device has a storage chamber composed of a main body 1 for storing the apparatus and a lid body 2 mounted on the main body in a sealed state, and a helium gas having a pressure higher than the atmospheric air can be sealed in the storage chamber.
