A noncontact type data transmitting and receiving card 14 separatably integrated with a sealed letter includes: an IC chip mounting antenna sheet 13; and an information display sheet 15, wherein at least a part information 17 of destination person related information is prepared at an opposite side surface of a sticking surface 4a of the IC chip mounting antenna sheet 13. The information display sheet 15 of the noncontact type data transmitting and receiving card 14 is arranged to be positioned inside a sealed letter 1.
