The sealed printed matter includes the rising member which is a paper piece folded in an L-shape laid across the printing surfaces to be raised on the printing surface, wherein a lower piece is bonded to the printed surface, and printing is applied on the rising piece, and a fold is provided on a position corresponding to a folding part of the paper sheet. When the printed surfaces are overlapped and sealed, the rising piece is folded in the fold and falls to the printed surface direction, and is adhered to the printed surface. When the printed surfaces are separated and are opened, the rising piece is raised on the printed surfaces.
